Administration

Welcome to the central administration of KCSU. According to its constitution, KCSU's job is:

a. To be the official representative body for the undergraduates of the College;

b. To develop the intellectual, educational, social, political, and athletic aspects of College life;

c. To promote the welfare of students OF the College;

d. To be, within the restrictions of Appendix B, an organisation which opposes racism, sexism, heterosexism, prejudice, discrimination and inequality;

e. To maintain close links with the Cambridge University Student Union;

f. To prevent - so far as is legal, and according to the restrictions of Appendix B - the display or propagation by any material advocating any form of prejudice or discrimination at any meeting of the Union or by means of any of its facilities.

And rightly so - Your Executive Committee (the Exec) are daily working towards those six goals on your behalf. Making it all run smoothly, however, are the administrative team - running and organising meetings, keeping records and navigating the byzantine paperwork, writing cheques and managing the budget, setting up and tracking the noticeboard, moderating the email lists.. and plenty more. So this is who we are and where we live!

In this part of the site you'll find agendas for upcoming open and exec meetings, the minutes of said meetings, as well as an up-to-date copy of the constitution, and all the important financial information, forms and updates you'll need.

Enjoy KCSU!
