Future of the Hammer & Sickle

 Dear all,

The conclusion of the Open Meeting of the 4th of February was to postpone any decision about the Hammer & Sickle Flag (is it a flag or an aesthetic yet controversial work of art? Or both? I don't know, that's one of the issues that is meant to be discussed here) till Thursday the 11th of February.

We also decided to create a forum for discussion about this controversial issue, so please click here for general discussion and here for actual proposals that we can vote on.
